- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect or damage at the time of delivery.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
All other products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:
- Sarees or dhotis that have been worn, washed, used, or altered (e.g., fall and pico, blouse stitching, tassel work).
- Custom-made or pre-ordered products.
- Items with slight colour variations, minor weaving irregularities, or zari thread pulls, which are signs of handloom authenticity
Return Shipping & Refund
- If your return qualifies and is approved, we will refund your return shipping cost along with the product refund.
- If the product does not qualify for return (as per our policy), the return courier cost will be borne by the customer.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection, either to your original payment method or as store credit.
Refund / Exchange Process
- After inspection, eligible returns will receive either:
- A replacement of the same product, or
- A refund processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
