Each saree and dhoti is handcrafted with care by traditional artisans — and these terms help us maintain fairness and clarity for both you and our makers.
1. Product Authenticity
All products sold by Pattu & Pancha are made with genuine silk, semi-silk, or cotton as mentioned in the product description.
Slight variations in color, texture, or weave are natural features of handmade textiles and not considered defects.
Every saree and dhoti is checked carefully before shipping.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise mentioned.
Payment must be completed at checkout for order confirmation.
We accept secure online payments via trusted gateways (UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, or net banking).
Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Order Confirmation and Cancellation
Once payment is received, your order will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp.
As we begin processing immediately, orders cannot be cancelled or changed after confirmation.
In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
Pattu & Pancha is not responsible for courier delays or issues beyond our control, but we’ll assist wherever possible.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted only for defective or wrongly delivered products.
The issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery through WhatsApp or email, along with photos of the product and packaging.
If your return request is approved, we will refund your product amount and return courier cost.
If the return does not qualify, the cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as color variation, change of mind, or dislike of texture.

6. Product Care
Dry clean only for silk and tissue sarees.
Store in a cool, dry place wrapped in cotton or muslin.
Avoid spraying perfumes or deodorants directly on the fabric.
Do not iron directly on zari or embellished parts.
7. Liability
Pattu & Pancha is not liable for delays, damages, or loss caused by external courier services or incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
8. Governing Law
All purchases from Pattu & Pancha are governed by the laws of India and the State of Karnataka.
In the unlikely event of a dispute, it shall be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of Karnataka courts.
