By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Sale.
Each saree and dhoti is crafted with care by traditional artisans — and these terms help us maintain fairness and clarity for both you and our makers.
Product Authenticity
- All products sold by Pattu and Pancha are made with genuine silk, silk blend, semi-silk, or cotton as mentioned in the product description.
- Slight variations in colour, texture, or weave are natural characteristics of textiles and may occur due to lighting, photography, or the manufacturing process. These variations are not considered defects but rather add to the uniqueness of each product.
- Every saree and dhoti is checked carefully before shipping.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of applicable GST, and taxes will be calculated and added during the checkout process.
- Full payment must be completed at the time of checkout for order confirmation.
- We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, wallets, and net banking. We also accept international payments via international debit and credit cards.
- While the final checkout amount will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR), customers can view product prices in their preferred international currency on the website for display purposes only, to better understand pricing in their local currency.
- We do not store any payment information on our servers.
- All prices, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.
Order Confirmation and Cancellation
- Once payment is received, your order will be confirmed via email.
- As we begin processing immediately, orders cannot be cancelled or changed after confirmation.
- In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location. Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout
- You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
- Pattu and Pancha is not responsible for courier delays or issues beyond our control, but we’ll assist wherever possible.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
- Returns are accepted only for defective or wrongly delivered products.
- The issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery through WhatsApp or email, along with Parcel Opening Video & Photos of the product and packaging.
- If your return request is approved, we will refund your product amount and return courier cost.
- If the return does not qualify, the returning product is not acceptable and refund will not be processed.
- We do not accept returns for reasons such as color variation, change of mind, or dislike of texture.

Product Care
- Dry clean only for silk, silk blend , semi silk and tissue sarees or dhotis
- Store in a cool, dry place wrapped in cotton or muslin.
- Gentle Hand wash recommended for Cotton sarees or dhotis
- Avoid spraying perfumes or deodorants directly on the fabric.
- Do not iron directly on zari or embellished parts.
Liability
- Pattu and Pancha is not liable for delays, damages, or loss caused by external courier services or incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
Governing Law
- All purchases from Pattu and Pancha are governed by the laws of India and the State of Karnataka. Pattu and Pancha is a registered business under GST (GSTIN: 29AZYPR2692A1ZP).
- In the unlikely event of a dispute, it shall be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of Karnataka courts.
